“It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,……

“Cons:-Check in was rough. 2 separate addresses were provided which confused things and the host preferred to play chat tag as opposed to calling to efficiently communicate. Lock box was hard to find, attached to something other than what was described and the key was in the wrong lock box. -Lock on the outside of the door to the apt itself was very hard to lock/unlock. -toilet is very small, if you are bigger than a small child you have to sit side saddle on it due to how close to the wall it……

“The place was very clean and exactly as promised in the listing. It is in a great location, within a five minute walk to the town with all the shops and restaurants! Carolyn, the host was great with communication and everything from check in to check out went smoothly.”

The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting……
