Gorgeous old hotel in a fabulous location, central Shrewsbury. Parking only £5 per day. Comfy bed, great shower. Rooms a little tired but would definitely stay at The Lion again!

Could be more access friendly. Doors were a challenge if you have crutches or wheelchair. However, staff were very accommodating. The stay exceeded our expectations, we shall return.

Three generations met for a suprise 70h birthday. Chevalier Estate is ideal for this as each family group had their own space but we could get together in the magnificent Dragon Hall.
