Kamer was ontzettend warm en bleek alleen koeler te kunnen worden door het raam te openen, helaas ligt het hotel aan een drukke weg en bevond de kamer zich boven de vuilnisbak en rook plek, dus dat was geen optie. Wisselen van kamer werd toegezegd maar kreeg later op de middag bericht dat het niet mogelijk was. Personeel was, op een paar uitzonderingen na,……

“La habitación estaba muy limpia y en general, al ser todo muy nuevo, estaba bastante bien. Lo único que no le gustó es que en la habitación se oía mucho los pasos de la habitación de arriba y la ducha de la habitación de al lado. Por el resto, muy bien.”

“Although the hotel was clean, tidy and in a good location, in my opinion it is aimed more at a business client rather than a holiday hotel, the breakfast room was practical and the continental breakfast was very nice, but apart from a fridge in the room there was no provision to make any hot drinks. The tv was ok but did not have one single uk channel, not that i was bothered but if a couple or if a child visited it would be very boring. “Courtesy by all members of staff. The price is ok The room was spotless the only downside is where the hotel actually is. If you live in UK and book an Airport hotel you expect it to be near the airport. Be prepared to book a taxi to and from airport.”

“Personal war sehr nett, Zimmer waren auch sauber, skybar tolle Aussicht, aber die Einrichtung ziemlich alt u für ein 4-Sterne Hotel mit Schlüsselschloss u keine Karte ist ein no-go!”
