“酒店就在高速路边上，紧挨着一家大型购物中心，有家乐福超市和餐馆。机场到酒店车程约10分钟，提前联系，在指定时间内有机场的免费班车。前台弄错了我们第二天去机场的班车时间，主动出钱叫了出租车，车资约17欧元。自助早餐很丰盛，有英式早餐。”

Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand. Upon arrival, we were offered champagne, lemon water, or still water while the receptionist explained everything about the hotel during check-in, which gave a great first impression.
