While the aesthetic and decor of the hotel is meant to feel older, it was well maintained, in a great location, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked fabulously in the sweltering heat, and the breakfast buffet was great - lots of options and very hearty. We would definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed on a short tourist visit to Venice. Property is centrally located, clean and efficient inside and the breakfast was included and was better than expected. Staff from front desk to breakfast people were all friendly. Elevator on the property as well. The hotel is a little difficult to find, but otherwise excellent all around.

Breakfast was the best. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Salvatore at the front concierge. Location was beautiful- clean and elegant. A definite place to stay when we return to Venice and we would recommend this hotel to anyone.
