Overcharged, issues with refund and communication
"Pros: Great location Cons: Alex Scott & Staff property managers. Overcharged for the stay considerably. Poor systems in place leading to refunds being sent to an incorrect credit card (a different one to the one they charged to). Poor communication and follow up when issue raised. "The house was beautiful, with well equipped facilities and a nice backyard area. Upon walking in, my mates and I found it to be better in person than on the listing, feeling more spacious and homey.
