“The only problem was the room booked was a king suite and they did not have a king only queen”

“Very unique property and restaurant is delicious as well and portions were definitely more than we expected. The corner tower room we stayed in was impressive. It was definitely worth the side quest stop to stay here as our halfway point to Tennessee. If you’re looking for a unique place to stay I highly recommend.”

“Staff was extremely kind. Especially loved shuttle service to Keeneland”

“What a treasure. Rose Hill Inn is a beautiful property walkable to shopping and restaurants. The owners are delightful… so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we had anything we needed and then some.”

“This property is smack dab in the middle of the host family's horse farm which makes for some stunning views and beautiful morning and evening walks. When I arrived, Justin (co-host) was at the barns and came over to the rental to greet me and and to make sure there was nothing immediate that I needed. The place was spotless and very well appointed. During our stay there were students taking lessons from Justin's wife, and we were invited to watch the lessons, walk through the barns if we……

“My husband and I stayed a couple nights as we worked on our bourbon trail, this was a great location for hitting multiple distilleries. The apartment was nicely furnished, the host was easy and great with communication…would recommend this place as a great place to stay. Oh, if you are looking for something to do give the railroad bikes a try, it was a great experience.”

“Very nice place to stay in Versailles. It is close to the bourbon trail and Keeneland. We stayed in tge buff”

“Great stay”

“The beds are comfy and having the middle space with couch chairs and mini kitchen between bedrooms was super convenient for hanging out. Great location with restaurants and bourbon bar within walking distance. Great location for visiting distilleries on the Bourbon Trail.”

“Great price and location for bourbon country, located in a small but very nice town and walking distance from several restaurants, etc.”

“The location was perfect for our itinerary. Bathroom area was very small. There was no toaster of all things to heat a bagel or toast in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. We could not get any standard TV channels on the TV's. But we really did not use the TV's much. Not sure I would recommend for what we paid over the weekend. But maybe that is the going rate for that area.”

“This house was perfect for our little family with 2 small kiddos. The property is tucked away on the farm and it was really nice to be out in the country. I grew up in this area so it felt like being home. The house overall is a decent amount of space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable which is always a huge plus when traveling. The property is close to Versailles and Lexington. The host was great with communication. We……

“The old farm house was beautiful! It has everything we needed. The surrounding area is so calm and serene yet you are just minutes from anyplace you need to go. This was a great 3 generation family vacation.”
