“After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.”

“The hotel was very clean, the front desk almost always had a clerk with a smile ready to help in any way. The breakfast area was clean. There was a very nice assortment of hot and cold options that were kept full and clean. The room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with lots of towels and toiletries. And, the neighborhood was safe, and with two nice restaurants within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if ever back in this area.”

“Cleanliness of the rooms was lacking and the smell of smoke actually made it down to our floor. Our friends who had to stay on a smoking floor it was absolutely horrible the minute you came into the hallway it was overpowering and their room was particularly dirty with spiders and just yucky things around the windows and they couldn't open it for fresh air. Staff was nice and the location was good.”
