Apartments in Victoria for Rent

"Parking was easy but parking lot was trashed. The room has literal wholes in the wall and rats. I had dry foods in a bag on the desk and woke up to a rat inside of the bag. The beds are completely disgusting, all the do is cover them with bed sheets. And to top it off I found a dead right right below the sink. 0/10"
