Viewmont Mall Tours

Unfortunately the property left a lot to be desired. I understand for the price you can’t expect you’re staying at the Hyatt, but some standards would be nice! Room smelled of mildew and stale cigarettes. The bed sheets had cigarette burn holes, and ink stains. Bathtub/shower had paint peeling on the walls and bath tub floor. Towel rack was rusted and falling off the wall. Baseboards on the walls were nasty, door hinges were all rusty. The small refrigerator/freezer was all frosted up on the inside and was loud. Cockroach crawled out from under the fridge . Complementary breakfast was non existent, I waited for about 5 minutes to ask a staff member about breakfast and check out.. I heard people talking out back but no one came upfront. I’ve been a member of the service industry for over 20 years and know that presentation is important . I would not send my worst enemy to stay in this place.

Me and my children take a family trip every year. We’ve made it a family tradition we like staying at Lake Harmony and Big Boulder and where I stayed this weekend was very nice. It’s very cozy very clean and neat and we had fun. I love the hot tub and will be back again. Thank you.

The room was ordinary. Nothing special. It was ok.
