“Sehr gutes Frühstück, Abendessen gut aber viel zu teuer. Service ok, ein sehr engagierter Kellner ist für 30 Gäste einfach zu wenig. 2 deutsche Reisegruppen haben die sonst sicher entspannte Atmosphäre etwas durcheinandergebracht. Trotzdem vielen Dank an Superman John für seine Bemühungen ”

“This is a great hotel. Beautiful design and thoughtfully decorated with loads of amenities. Loved the spacious room with the balcony, great views of distant mountains. The breakfast was wonderful and we much enjoyed the dinner as well. This is a truly professional operation with helpful and kind staff that really tried to ensure we had the best stay possible. Unfortunately there was an issue with the water main which wasn't fixed until 8pm or so, and the water pressure was so low we couldn't……

“We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. Only problem and my biggest issue was the beds. Extremely hard and uncomfortable. Not Queen or King bed. Only 2 single beds per room. From all my……
