“I've stayed at a lot of small inns and B & B's in my life, and the Scranton Seahorse Inn is one of the very best, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and welcoming. Michael, the host, made me feel right at home and did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious.
