“Did not like that the hallway had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. Therefore, our nonsmoking room had a light smoke smell. Therefore was cosmetic pencil left on the bathroom floor showing the floor had not been cleaned.”

“The room was fine, a bit dated, but clean. The highlight was the staff - very helpful and supportive. Breakfast was…meh - just fine, but nothing spectacular. Pancake machine was not working (no problem for me, but there were kids there who were quite disappointed. Breakfast area was kept clean.”

“This is an older property, but is exactly what was needed: comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of clear cable channels with a ton of sports. If I find myself, again, in Niles OH, I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again”

“This hotel was nothing as advertised. There was no restaurant or bar on the property, the property is under construction, and the elevator was not working properly. The wifi does not work either. I paid extra for these amenities and was extremely disappointed with this stay.”
