“We will never return to this hotel unless it undergoes extensive renovation. POSITIVES: it appears the room has new furniture, new vinyl floor and a new bedspread. It has a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and a small cable TV. The hotel was quiet and the bed was marginally comfortable. The tub was clean, but when the bathroom floor was mopped, large wads of soapy hairballs were left in the corners of the floor. NEGATIVES: there was a thick, offensive smell of cigarette smoke in halls……

“This is a Really Nice Place!! I loved the great smell of coffee coming up the stairs in the morning!!I My husband enjoyed relaxing in Jave Cafe' Great place, even if it rains!! If you arrive after the coffee shop down stairs is closed, and are trying to locate the key box, know it is by the Coffe Shop Front Door. To the left of door, high up, looking like an electric box. Pull hard, and the top opens downward, to show the keypad. We really enjoyed the convenience of El Paso being on……

“If your looking for a private place with room to spread out this house fit our needs. The beds were very comfortable!”

“While the owner of this home did an excellent job remodeling, the walls could use some re-painting throughout. The dresser tops should be re-finished. ”

“We wanted to stay somewhere unique and central to all of the goings-on in Washington on this trip and this place was exactly what we were looking for! Not only did it feel very new and well kept, but the place was pretty spacious and had a large shower and bedroom / living area. Having the Tangled Roots brewery/restaurant right downstairs was just the cherry on top and we will absolutely consider this location to be on the top of our list for the next time that we need to stay in the Washington……
