“Everything about the hotel was wonderful, EXCEPT they didn't have the room I paid for - and they said Expedia booked me into the wrong room. I reserved a room with a king bed and sofa bed, but when we arrived, they were all taken. They explained that third parties overbook hotels. I don't know the validity of this, but if it is true - Expedia should refund me for the difference in price.”

“Ok, so this is a bit of strange review. The hotel was nice, so were the staff …. BUT, while staying there, my daughter went to bathroom and grabbed a towel to dry off her face. The towel was neatly folded with 4 or 5 others, but when she lifted it and took a look, it had brown stains on it. No joke, she thought they might be chocolate and called my wife over … they were NOT chocolate. There were other cleanliness issues as well, though minor in comparison to feces on your towel. “The property itself was wonderful...no complaints there. The person who checked us in was not pleasant at all and had the vibe that she hated life. It wasn't a very welcoming experience. Breakfast options were great, but there were three young men (probably 20-22 years old) sleeping in the breakfast area. They were laying along long bench seats and taking up numerous spots to the point that some did not have a place to sit. I wish the staff would have done something, as they were there sleeping……
