"I used to stay in this hotel several years ago but my recent stay was not as good as I remembered . The room was not as clean as it’s supposed to be, the bathroom and sink were dirty and full of stains. The towel looks dingy. The breakfast buffet is okay. The staff was very nice and so helpful."

You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3.
