"I was looking for a pool, tub and breakfast none of this was there lol the place is awsome needs improvements but is ok beautiful property the AC in the lobby was off or i dont kmow it waseng cold and the brakefast was like minimal i didnt stay longer to see if they bring something better but over all the price match the place is not cheap but is not expensive i will go back if is for a fast stay for longer stay i wont choose it. "

"Beautifully “active” property has it all! Our group spent hours outside enjoying everything from the pool to the hammocks to the pickleball & volleyball courts! Our host David went above and beyond with communication, suggestions for our trip, and addressing a few minor issues. Always prompt and responsive. The only thing that should be mentioned is the house is slowly becoming not in the lake as the lake waters have dropped substantially. But the property isn’t self is as-advertised. Wed definitely come back!"

"Great Location right across the street from 2 waterfront restaurants and Mozart's Coffee Shop. Got morning coffee at Mozart's every morning, loved the Hula Hut and Quince Lakehouse. Great outdoor deck and live music every night we were there."

"Pros: Very nice staff, beautiful bathroom remodel, easy parking, close to Austin. Overall good value Cons: not all of the rooms are well maintained. When we first arrived the lock to our room needed new batteries (waited 25 min in hallway to get into room)"

"The property was exactly as listed and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. 8 man golf trip, great location (45mins) from great courses. The pool, house and overall amenities were perfect. View and pools were spectacular with multiple grills for outdoor cooking!"
