“We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this charming farmhouse. Catherine was the perfect host, and our accommodation was comfortable, tastefully furnished and immaculately clean. ”

“Fantastic communication from the outset. Easily found and right next door to The Mayflower public house so after a long journey there’s no further travelling to do to get an evening meal. Plenty of parking, very easy check in and an exceptional selection of produce supplied for breakfast next morning. Good heating system, great bed, powerful shower, all in all with all of the other attentions to detail a great stay, very highly recommended.”

“So terrible we walked in and walked out again, drove around to find a different hotel! This hotel gave me the creeps, like something out of a horror movie with an American hostel feel. We arrived late (10 ish pm) and despite the hotel being quite quiet our room was given to us and was one of the last rooms down a long dark corridor at the back of the building. I was travelling alone with my young daughter and couldnt understand why we were put so far away from civilisation. Something felt……

“Very warm welcome. Very clean and well equipped room. Very comfortable bed with nice clean bedding. Excellent breakfast with good choice of food.. My wife is vegetarian and this was catered for with a very helpful manner. We would happily use this hotel again.”

“We had a lovely stay at Harmony house, a real home from home. The room was simple but delightful with lots of thoughtful extras and breakfast was delicious. Adele was a very friendly and helpful host. We would definitely recommend. ”

“The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The only issue I experienced was that the water in the bathroom was too hot and there was no way to make it cooler. Apart from this, everything was good.”

“Lovely welcome from host Jack, easy parking and access to the property. Room very clean and comfortable, everything needed for our 2 night stay. Great selection for continental breakfast in the morning in a pleasant self service dining area. Enjoyed a meal at The Plough Inn which was a short 5min walk away.”

“It was a very nice room in a seperate building at the back of the pub by the car park. It even had a small fridge as well as Kettle and coffee etc. Very quiet, nice location. Looks like a nice pub too but I didn't try it.”

“Very disappointed with Shower very poor hot water pressure and to top it, hot water was barely tepid nobody wants to come from a days work to a cold shower and start the next day when shower was still cold. I also don’t see why they charge for car parking. I won’t be back. ”
