Outdated furniture staff doesn't let you know what is not working like the jacuzzi in the bathtub we were told that we would have to pay season pass to access the beach staff members just on the phone on the internet just a horrible horrible stay I will not recommend this to anyone

Perfect location for enjoying Narragansett. Walkable to many shops and restaurants, and to the beach. The hotel could use some upkeep, though I imagine that during the off-season this isn't a priority and perhaps by the summer the property will be in better shape.

Pool was being maintained we chose this causevof kuds and pool. We get there and the pools closed for maintanance. Jets in tub not working. Ice machine not working. Staff when check in no real conversion. I wish i knew about pool i would of stayed some where else. For the money very dossapointinh ..notworking
