"We stayed for one night for our overnight flight layover - the property itself was that of a 2 star hotel and was expected to be as such. The front desk customer service was efficient for check in but could use some pointers on showing more friendliness to arriving guests. The airport shuttle is a bonus however the driver has no business being in hospitality - not even a hello, very unfriendly and sour."

"We had a great day! The room was spotless and well equipped, the staff was kind and courteous, and the location is ideal to restaurants. The only thing to note, and I noticed it is temporary, but we booked an executive suite and we’re disappointed that we did not have access to the executive launch because it is under construction at this time. I do wish we had been informed of this when making our reservation. They did accommodate us and serve meals and snacks in a different room, but we were looking forward to enjoying the view and our time upstairs. We would definitely return on another trip despite that disappointment and are excited to see the improvements that they’ve made as a result of that Construction."

"Every employee I passed smiled at me, held a door, asked how I was, etc. Kiara was so cheerful and happy to get me checked in quickly. The decor was fun. The room was clean. And I got two free drink tokens at check-in! I’d definitely stay there again, and already referred a friend who will be in town soon."

"The staff is polite and ready to fix problems. The hospitality is GREAT, even though unfortunately that can’t be in the context of a beautiful hotel. Hyatt has gone down hill for some years. This is yet another hotel with dirty floors, and no running hot water, well at least not for the many attempts I made. Anyway, at least this location doesn’t have roaches like the other one did.i appreciate the amazing customer service. It’s almost like they know it’s not the greatest but they still show up with good service to try to make up for it. I appreciate that."
