“Only bathroom was on 2nd floor so lots of stair climbing which was not ideal for us. Water pressure in bathroom sink was almost non existent but shower was ok. Bed mattress was very high which made getting in the bed difficult for shorter people. Kitchen did not appear to have any heat in it but based on time of year this was a not a big problem. House did have a gas odor I assume from the fireplace which we never did use”

“Very disappointing response from the hotel staff following a security incident. After attending an event at M&T Stadium, I parked at the hotel parking lot around 11:30 PM and woke up at 5:30 AM to find that my car camera had recorded someone attempting to open the passenger-side door. Fortunately, they were unsuccessful, and nothing appears to be missing. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk and asked to speak with the property or security manager. I was told they were not……
