“I had called and asked for a handicapped room cause I use a rollator walker. I couldn't use the toilet because it was so low I couldn't get up. No grab bars. The rollator didn't fit so I couldn't close the door.”

“It was little things like no hair dryer although the place where the dryer should have been was there. When I asked at checkout I was told they are not in the room because so many got stolen. If we had asked for one, we could have gotten it. It would have been nice to have been told that at check in. Also, the television was difficult to use. On the other hand, the price was very reasonable and the motel was in a very good place for walking around the community to see the local attractions.”

“It was a basic room, good for the one night I needed. I arrived around midnight and nobody was in the office, but I called the phone number posted on the door and staff quickly arrived, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and it was great to be able to take a shower after a long day of driving. My only quibble is that the television did not work. In the morning I got some coffee and a muffin to start my trip back home.”

“It was terrible. I stayed with my husband for two days. We had insect bites on our arms the next night. It's red and itchy. What a terrible environment.”
