“We were in town for a family wedding weekend and an unexpected funeral that meant we would need to extend our weekend plans. Instead of staying at the hotel with all of the wedding guests, we chose this quaint downtown cobblestone condo on Morris Avenue with a darling rooftop terrace and close to everything you could need. We couldn't have picked a better location and accommodations for our Thursday-Sunday stay. The condo was just right for the two of us and there was a fabulous pizza restaurant...

“This was our 2nd time staying in this property. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us, as we were in town for a funeral. The property has everything you need and if you happened to forget anything… it’s there. Very clean, comfortable beds, close to restaurants and shopping. I’m certain we will return when in the area again!”

“We were not able to stay at our reserved place. The host called us the day before and told us that the heat went out in the property we had reserved, and could not be fixed in time. However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that.”
