“The place has heat stuck in hallways and rooms. Air-conditioning does not circulate in room. Location is great but needs an overhaul. I could not even stay for an hour”

The unit had the usual wear and tear you'd expect for a 20 year old property but still was very comfortable and had enough space to accommodate our party of 6 adults and 1 Frenchie. We had a very pleasant stay. The host was very prompt to respond to questions and very professional. We will be renting from them again.”

“First off, contacting Xavier at all during our stay was like pulling teeth as he took HOURS to reply to my texts/calls. After he gave us an apartment tour, my guest saw the LARGE roach baits/traps that were on the countertops and the raid can under the sink.Almost immediately after we had to kill a roach in the kitchen (which I have pics of).We were ready to leave then, but unfortunately the trip was non-refundable.I could've complained about this but I didn't, because I thought Xavier was nice……
