"My stay was fairly well but there was some elevator maintenance going on at the time. This caused kind of a long wait just to get up to my room. Also the parking garage stair lights were completely out which was very scary. I don’t recall seeing any security around the property so anytime I arrived late to the hotel, it caused a slight panic if I had to park and walk down the stairs just to get to the hotel entrance. "

"Loved staying here. It was nice. I attended the Missy Elliott concert at the Toyota Center so it was waking distance. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the "Trae Day" was being hosted there during the time of my stay. Very nice hotel. "

"Everything was nice. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. $38 to park in the garage and there is no street parking available. The parking garage is very difficult to maneuver, as it is too small and lots of speed bumps. I would recommend paying $10/more for unlimited valet to avoid the garage, although that is a steep fee per night to park your car. "
