“Room had 2 hangers, no hooks or towel bars in bathroom. When heat came on a very noisy fan accompanied it causing restless sleep. The smell of old dog hair permeated room when fan turned on. Our non smoking room was situated one room down where people were smoking cigarettes and pot again permeating the room. One of the mattress pads was full of material piles that was felt through the sheets. Had to keep unplugging and plugging in cords as many of the outlets did not work. If I hadn’t……
