“We stayed a weekend at this studio unit. It was very clean, had everything we needed. It’s obviously a bit older but the interior and updates that have been done made it feel nice and cozy. It didn’t smell weird or have any dingy fixtures. The first night, the water heater was off - and housed in adjoining unit. The manager was very prompt and took care of it right away. We didn’t have to wait around for it to be turned back on, and we really appreciated that. You can hear the neighboring guests……

“This was our 2nd stay at Knotty Pines and this time another couple joined us. The layout is perfect for two couples since both bedrooms are at opposite ends of the Condo and have an attached en-suite bathroom. Just as it was our first stay, the Condo was clean and well cared for. We had a couple of minor items missing upon arrival and the day before the end of our stay a water pipe in an adjacent Condo burst which meant the entire Complex was without water for about 9hrs. Chris & Claire were……

“This is a lovely, updated, clean Condo. Second Floor but stairs were easy. It is very convenient to everything and It is fully supplied, and has great Internet etc., Only downside is that is very near the road which has a lot of traffic and is noisy from the very nice deck. Could not hear noise from inside the house.”

“This house was perfect for our trip. The kids LOVED the game room. The hosts were very fast to respond when contacted. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was in a quiet area, with lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. Takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up to Sunrise for skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Pinetop/Lakeside.”
