“With a reservation number, we were not allowed to stay due to the front desk said they were having an IT problem with their computers. Claimed they could not allow us entry to our reserved room without the computers being able to print out the room keys. By 9:30pm, I finally gave up on the room and had to find a last minute place to stay. Costed us $ 100 more than expected in another Hotel. I dont know why they could not accept my reservation # that was sent to me via e-mail and use their master……

“Loved the area- so many great shops and restaurants! Very close to the hospital which was the reason we were there - from out of town. The room was setup very well and had everything we needed and a lot of space. Will definitely stay here again!”

“This is just a place to rest your head nothing else rating say 9.4 not even close 6.5 at best. First room they gave us had French fries on the floor second one trash behind the beds”
