“While the outside of the property is a bit rundown, the rooms have been relatively recently updated. The rooms were nice and very clean. The bathrooms were clean. The bed was quite comfortable with really good working A/C. For the price, I was really happy with the room. The only issues we had was the light bulb in the bathroom needed to be changed and the sink faucet was loose but it still worked just fine. I also didn't like the microfiber sheets but that is completely a personal preference.”

“Put me in a decent room to begin..then moved me for some reason to a nasty, dirty room. Mildew in the shower, caked up dirt on the baseboards, swimming pool was only half full. Breakfast was not restocked after the 6am workers came thru. First man that checked me in was nice. But the regular guy that was there most days was not very friendly or helpful. 3am blaring music from rooms next to me.”

“I found a roach in my bed when I want to sleep. Not only did the property manager not do anything to help he later kicked me out of the hotel and threatened to call the police without a refund for two remaining nights for complaining about the roach!”

“Loved the area- so many great shops and restaurants! Very close to the hospital which was the reason we were there - from out of town. The room was setup very well and had everything we needed and a lot of space. Will definitely stay here again!”

“I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough”
