Did not see a shuttle. Requested room with fridge & microwave, only had a fridge. We were traveling with a uhaul and had to park in the back but the back doors of the property were broken!! So had to walk all the way around. Staff-great. Room-dated but ok, no microwave as requested. Upset about the back door situation. I'm not one to write reviews but the cleanliness of these hotel rooms is awful. When I stayed there last month I thought maybe we just had a one time issue. But both times it was clear the rooms had not been swept/vacuumed. Literally dirt and trash all over the floors. Both times the beds had multiple hairs on them. The AC that sits under the window had SO much dust in the vents......it was awful. I could go on but I'm so disappointed in how this hotel has gone downhill with the cleanliness of the rooms."
