El dueño del hotel es muy grosero, no arregla lo que esta dañado y se enoja si uno se pregunta algo, el hotel esta totalmente descuidado terrible las fotos q ustedes tienen sln viejas , no vomvere a ese lugar

Loved the location of this property. Right in between two local attractions. Rooms were nice. Great view from the top. Close to a lot. Unfortunately they’re dogs on the side of this that bark non stop throughout the night. Not the properties fault at all! The other thing which wasn’t great is if you didn’t need room service the policy was the have your door handle flyer on red not green. But with it on red they still came into our room. My husband was in the room sleeping two separate time with them coming in unannounced. My husband wasn’t to happy about the stay but for the most part I enjoyed it.

Hotel muito mais bonito nas fotos. Precisa de manutenção e reforma urgente. Cama boa. Chuveiro a agua é fria. Cozinha razoável. Deveria ter uma aerea fechada para fazer as refeições, é tudo aberto e venta muito. Bom custo benefício.

The place was average although the electricity went out on us 1 day. There was a rude receptionist that was obviously upset at the world and couldnt be bothered. The owner and his daughter were great.

Honestly after reading the reviews we were kind of nervous to stay here but overall it was pretty good. It’s a little far from everything but in Curaçao you will need a car anyway if you want to explore. The rooms were decent and you get what you pay for. The staff were really nice and answered any questions we had. The pool was so cute with the lights and water fall. They also have two different upstairs patios that were very relaxing. There were some bugs in my sister’s room but nothing out of the ordinary for a warm destination.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa! Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Sra. Ilona, que gentilmente nos mostrou as dependências do hostel e tirou todas as nossas dúvidas! Pessoa muito amável e de uma energia encantadora! As fotos condizem com a realidade e nosso quarto tornou a experiência muito agradável. Um ponto especial é a cozinha compartilhada... tem tudo o que você precisa, não só os utensílios, mas também manteiga, azeite, temperos e etc. Muito obrigado por tudo, nos sentimos em casa! Firstly, as I checked in I was told that I cannot flush tissue on the toilet and had to put it in the bin which of course is unsanitary when my room is shared with my family of four. Secondly, the area floor was extremely slippery, the first day an old man fell on the step, the second day my daughter and I fell. I was left in severe pain for days. The room is extremely small, the bathroom sink was smaller that a regular lunch box while the bathing area was so uncomfortable that I kept knocking over the soap holder wile I shower. I could stretch and reach from the toilet and touch the microwave , which by the way, was so small also that it couldn't even accommodate a plate. The kitchen towel by the kitchen sink was never changed throughout my 4 day torture. Decided to endure since I booked there so I could be outside touring the country. I came home at 3 one day and my room was not clean. When my husband asked the owner, he was extremely rude and disgusting, saying that it's not 4pm yet and we cannot aks him that. The room was provided with 4 towels, one per person and we were told that we cannot take them to the beach or use them by the room, the towels must always stay in the room. Meanwhile, towels were changed every 2 days even though there were no mats in the room or anything to wipe the floor. We were so happy to leave. I was also disappointed that there was no on site or nearby laundry services. Thankfully we had another booking at an all inclusive to continue our stay.

Fijn verblijf dichtbij Mambo beach en Punda. Locatie vonden we heel fijn. Kamer is klein maar heeft op zich alles wat je nodig hebt en werd regelmatig schoongemaakt. Het enige wat we miste was een waterkoker op de kamer. Die kon je wel in de gemeenschappelijke keuken gebruiken, maar toen ik daar op de eerste avond al 2 kakkerlakken zag en het niet echt heel schoon er uit zag, maakten we daar liever geen gebruik van. Personeel is heel vriendelijk, maar kwam een keer zonder kloppen de kamer in toen we daar eind van de middag aanwezig waren. Wil je een kamer met een fijne douche, een prima bed, eigen koelkast en goede airco, dan is dit een goede plek om te verblijven!

Over all the property is nice but, it needs a lot to be better. Bathroom is too small, no soap or shampoo was given. it is located right next to a children school so there is a lot of noise, and also right next to a church. so every morning at 6 am, the bell sound very loud. other than that, swimming pool is nice, customer service is nice, and is afodable.

My husband and I stayed at the property for three nights and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. It was very cute and tastefully decorated. The owner Magdy was so helpful and resourceful. There is a kitchen downstairs for everyone to use which had different spices and all the necessities for cooking. The pool was wonderful to dip into on a hot day. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back again!
