“We arrived at the cottage after a few days on a boat on the Norfolk Broads. Everything at the cottage was faultless. The dog enjoyed her morning jaunt with the rabbits in the nearby churchyard and made friends with the older resident brown lab! Set in lovely surroundings with decent pubs etc nearby. The area is ideal for walkers (which we are not!) we tend to drive to places of interest and unlike Norfolk found a few but some were only available at weekends. Overall a nice relaxing break.”

“We chose the cottage to celebrate the New Year with a group of friends and honestly couldn’t have made a better choice. The cottage is quite spacious and so beautifully decorated (even more beautiful in real life than the pictures - it really feels like you’re in a movie!), and Andrew and David have been wonderful hosts. “We enjoyed our stay. The hut is very compact but has all you need and is very clean. We wanted a walking holiday so the location suited us well, with lots of beautiful walks within easy distance. The coast is about a 30 minute drive on quiet roads. Recommend The Dennington Queen and The Royal Oak in Laxfield for lovely food. The Low House in Laxfield is nice and very quirky but food isn’t good.”

“We really loved this house. It's been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. Its all very functional and easy. The estate agent who manages the house was very easy to deal with, eg when we wanted to stay an extra night. The area has tons to offer (albeit some places are a 40 minute drive).
