"Excellent value and close to good restaurants and shops."

"General cleaning was good except they had left previous occupiers towel and shower cap in the apartment. Amenities was good. Need to monitor how many people in apartment and noise levels as we had a locked adjoining room and the occupants next door were clearly having a party. But they did stop the noise at 10pm. Beds comfortable and location really good and easy to get to and from the city."

"It was a very clean space which is great, however that’s not what we expected as we prefer the bathroom in our room a Tv kettle fridge etc. The host was very helpful and pleasant. It’s a great space fir young people travelling 😊"

"Liked friendly and welcoming staff, cleanliness, free coffee tea and bread. Comfortable bed and communal areas. Only think to be improved is that I wasnt in receipt of the code to get in when I arrived. I didnt have a sim card so couldnt phone. I went away and emailed Frank to get it and then went back. Ideally an automatic email and text giving these details, before check out time would have been good. Overall this is my favourite accommodation place in Melbourne. "

"Despite this property showing its age, and it would appear in the process of upgrading it was clean and tidy. If you are just after a room for a couple nights fits the bill. The hotel on the corner great for a quick meal and mcds just around corner good for quick coffee"
