"Everyone in the resort is so friendly and welcoming, the resort is very well maintained, rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. They have fun activities throughout the day. Food is really good, especially the Ventana buffet and At Sunset. We enjoyed every minute of out vacation and wish we could have stayed longer. "

"We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Family Selection. Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The food was outstanding with plenty of great options for the whole family. We’ve been to Riviera Maya 6 times and stayed at different resorts, and this was by far our favorite. It’s truly family-oriented and made for a relaxing, memorable vacation."

"I recently stayed at Heaven in Riviera in Cancun, and the name could not be more accurate — it truly felt like heaven. The food was excellent, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. By far, this is one of the best all-inclusive adults-only resorts I’ve ever stayed at in Cancun.
One of the things I enjoyed most was the atmosphere. The resort feels like it’s tucked right into the middle of the jungle, with the Caribbean Sea stretching out in front of you. The views from the rooms were absolutely spectacular — waking up to that scenery every day was unforgettable.
I had the best time here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway."
