The space:

Spacious Living: This home features 4 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and an open floor plan that showcases stunning, uninterrupted views.

A 30-foot sliding door opens up to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, bringing the beauty of the desert right into the living space.

Outdoor Bliss: Spend your evenings by the fire pit or soaking in the pool and spa, under a sky filled with stars. You’ll be surrounded by majestic Joshua trees and striking boulder formations that make this spot feel truly otherworldly.

Entertainment Space: A separate area features ping pong and foosball tables.

High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with Starlink high-speed internet, perfect for streaming or remote work if needed.

We call it Mars Landing because it feels like stepping into another world. We can’t wait to host you on your next adventure in the High Desert—come experience it for yourself.

Please note: The property is located just off a busy road and you will hear some road noise when outside. The road noise can be busier on weekdays and just before and after holidays. The upside is, the property is very conveniently located and close to everything you should need or want to explore!

Pool Heat: Spa heat is included in your reservation but if you'd like to have the pool heated, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge of $225/day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area.

Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $125 pet fee, paid at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house (unless crated) or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste.
