"Place is incredible, sadly my short stay was ruined by staff in the towel collection area, who thought it was acceptable to shout and speak down to me for not returning a towel on the first day, which I wasn't aware I had to. For a luxury hotel it's let down by the basics. 1 towel is only allowed ..."
