Although ours was stated as a seaview, it wasn't really, just a very slight glimpse through a bush, but we were ground floor. Also, just 2 nts so not an issue but pointing out in case it's important to you. The apartment was fine for a night or 2, spacious but a bit old fashioned. The kettle didn't work but i borrowed a neighbours and didn't want to complain again as they kindly got the internet fixed when we arrived. I was impressed that was sorted out promptly, and on a Saturday. I gathered someone had cut it? It's very close to the beach and a fab big supermarket that's really cheap. A bottle of wster in the fridge would be welcome if you'd just come off an evening flight, luckily we'd just come from kalymnos and it was afternoon. Small things can make a difference.Check in ourselves was easy and early. The cleaner asked if we wanted to leave our bags after check out, we didn't but that's useful to know.I'd stay again for a short duration. We stayed on smaller islands with fab rooms for less so probably being a bit picky with my review. Mastichari seems pricey so it's probably fair value here.

I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep from the smell (and I could not leave the balcony door open as I was on street level and plenty of mosquitoes too). I woke up coughing. Very old bathroom, the door was peeling, the side light wasn’t working, the emergency light outside the room was broken and flashing, which woke me up when it was still dark… I left the place absolutely exhausted. ‘You get what you pay for’ they say, but this was completely unacceptable even for €45.

Beautiful village layout relaxing with beautiful views. Unfortunately staff was not knowledgable of lunch and dinner schedules. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and lunch is over at 2:30, dinner starts at 6:30 . So I had to wait over three hours to eat . It was a Buffett and the food was bare minimum quality. The closest restaurants are driving distance so you are stuck unless you get a taxi or drive. I paid for all inclusive food and was greatly disappointed. I hope they upgrade there food selections. I was told at the front desk at checking that there was food available all day.
