“The Hotel was very pretty, and relaxed. Just a suggestion; the receptionist needs to be at the desk all the time. We had a little issue, one our tours was so early at 4:00 am and the front door was locked. We did not find the receptionist and no one answer the phone. So we needed to talk with the driver about this and he was very nice and he came back for us. So I am giving 5 stars because we did not miss the trip. ”
