“My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs……

“The flexibility in checking in. I needed to book a room without knowing when I would get there. We had a patient at geisinger and didn’t know what time we would arrive.”

“Our door didn’t lock.. you had to slam door and push down on handle just to get it to lock… when we requested a new room they basically told us to kick rocks … went to the gym treadmill was busted.. our room smelt like mold. Only nice thing I have to say was the cleaning staff was super kind. They made the stay reasonable… would not stay here if I were you”

“Really disappointed with this Motel 6. Normally basic and clean...this one is has over-flowing cigarette ashtrays at the doors, dirty hallways and stairs, room floors were dirty (I spilled water and wiped up with tissue and was shocked at the dirt). There was banging noise above our friend"s first floor room loud enough to awaken them several times thru the night. Pillows in friend's room were so dirty they took them to front desk to exchange. I told hotel management that they needed to do……
