The hotel was convenient, i stayed on the 12th floor and it was very quiet, so a good sleep. Convenient for central Cardiff, all walkable. Ideal for a one night business stay.

Travelled for work.
Check in was poor. Waited ages in the queue as only 1 member of staff on duty, and then when got to check in was given no information whatsoever about facilities/restaurant/check out/breakfast etc. just shoved a piece of paper my way with limited info on it.
Similar experience at breakfast - took my room number then just pointed towards tables.
Breakfast quality was bang average for the cost. Limited availability, dirty cups (again, limited quantity though) next to coffee machines and not monitored/topped up.
Not rushing to return!!

Staff on reception and resturant did not answer the phone, i rang on a external line for the room to get a reply. At breakfast the ketchup was first before the food, and the staff cleaned tables not by spraying the cloth and wiping but spraying into the air
