I felt pressure to tip everyone, which was overwhelming as there are a lot of people helping you. There is a collective tip box but it doesn't include tipping the drivers and front office staff. In future I would let everyone know I will tip them on the last day and avoid the stress of having tip money with me all the time. The large conglomerate that owns the hotel however we found problematic. Place is beautiful and in a unique location. Food varied from good to wonderful.
