8.4/10 Very Good! (1,000 reviews)

The room was okay overall. The location was great. The check in guy was nice and the process was quick. However, day 2 of our stay someone entered our room while we were laying down. It was not maintenance as they tried to say it was 2 people. Of course we were startled and nervous. I called the desk and was issued new keys but there was never any follow up on how this happened! We were uncomfortable the remainder of the stay. I spoke with the front desk supervisor upon checkout who was dismissive and a little short. He basically said he would call me the next day and that there were no notes on the account. That was 08/16/26. I waited to see if anyone would follow up before writing this review. Nothing.. I am sure there are cameras in the hallway and you saw we were issued new keys. This is a huge safety concern. Hilton do better. We stay in your hotels regularly but I will not stay anywhere that I am not safe!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)

Feel that the hotel is very clean but my room had a couch that had big dirty stains on it. I did not want to sit on that couch. Everything else was clean. I have mixed emotions with staff. Feel they were not friendly at all, helpful yeah, and don’t want to say they were rude, just that they almost had no expression in there faces (was weird), no demeanor and never greeted anyone with a hello, welcome, or anything else. To the exception of one staff in the entire hotel. I stayed there for 3 days and felt always the same, from the start of checking-in to check-out. Location is very good, has quick access to the beach, pool, but I don’t think I would stay there again if I was to return to that area, unfortunately. Overall, clean rooms, decent breakfast options, good location…
