After a bad experience with our room, the front desk guys did a great job moving us to another one in good shape. The location and beach are amazing. Property needs a little TLC.

Room never entered for cleaning on our 3rd am. We were gone all day and even the trash was overflowing. Did have a housekeeper come up and take trash, give us new towels.
Food in the restaurant was ok. Nothing to write home about.
Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed during the day.

During cooler evenings and days in March, the hot tub was used as the kiddie pool even though there is an indoor pool. Children were using goggles in the hot tub. At one point there were 17 people in the hot tub, hotel needs wrist bands too to ensure paying individuals belong there. There was no oversight, Hilton can pony up and heat the pool, other hotels manage it.

Absolutely amazing 8th floor and we could see it all excellent place. Expensive to do activities at the resort the waterpark and kayaks should be included with the stay everything else was expected to rent.

Amazing location, beautiful property and exception amenities. The only thing I’d change is that the bed was listed as being a king, but definitely more like a full.

Clean room- but only a sheet and light blanket on the bed. We don’t drink, so the bar happy hour was not important. Restaurant- food was good. Activities were awesome- packages were a great deal!
