The property was beautiful, and I really liked the design of the pool area. The staff well welcoming and helpful, we arrived 5-10minutes before lunch was ending and were told tat we could check in later if we wanted to run down quickly. I also dont have many experiences of all in-clusives. I thought it was nice that our leaving time wasn't for a while after check out but we were told to relax and to continue to enjoy thw amenities and the food and drink until we left. That was appreciated. Because I can be nervous of rules, to me checkout means checkout so it was lovely that we could still relax and enjoy a cocktail and the pool until we left. My only teal bugbear was a few (not all, most were amazing f) of the restaurant clean up staff were a little over zealous with yanking the plates away. 'Finished? Yes.' Whilst we still eating. It happened at two of the mealtimes. And the laundry and cleaning trolleys were literally covering the first floor corridors like they were parked there permanently. But I would stay again. It was enjoyable.

Wir waren 8 Tage im Hotel und leider insgesamt enttäuscht. Das Hotel wird auf den Bildern deutlich besser dargestellt, besonders die Zimmer zur Landseite. Wir hatten Blick auf die Landseite gebucht, schauten aber direkt auf den gegenüberliegenden Block. Dadurch konnte jeder ins Zimmer schauen. Das Personal war größtenteils sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings gab es auch unfreundliche Situationen. Bei den Cocktails war die Qualität sehr unterschiedlich: Einige waren extrem stark und kaum trinkbar, andere schmeckten nach fast nichts. Zudem wurde uns plötzlich gesagt, dass pro Person nur ein Cocktail bestellt werden darf, obwohl es die Tage zuvor kein Problem war. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gab es deutliche Mängel. Verschüttetes im Flur wurde erst nach mehreren Tagen gereinigt und unsere Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer war stark verschmutzt, dass das Tuch danach schwarz war. Der Pool war ebenfalls häufig dreckig. Das Essen war grundsätzlich gut und abwechslungsreich, allerdings hatten wir mehrmals Haare im Essen. Positiv waren die verschiedenen Restaurants und der Shuttle in die Stadt. Insgesamt finde ich 5 Sterne für die Landseite nicht gerechtfertigt. Für den Preis gibt es meiner Meinung nach bessere Hotels.

Food options were amazing, catering virtually all day long if you want it and the drinks are great too with cocktails even on the all inclusive. I couldn’t praise this Hotel/holiday enough. Thank you for your service and hospitality. We will definitely see you again in the future

Kort fortalt. Alt var bare i orden.😎👍 Hvis der ud fra os som var et voksen par uden børn var det måske lidt larmende. Men her skal der lige siges at det er et Børnehotel og de er gode til at aktivere dem på en rigtig god måde. 👍⛱️

We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent service, amazing sea view, food slightly salty, but the crème brûlée was a highlight. Desserts overall are large and satisfying. Pool bar snacks weren’t great, but drinks and cocktails were excellent – perfect for sunny poolside moments. Our room had a partial sea view and the resort is beautiful, with lots of photo spots. There’s a private beach, plenty of pools, and activities you can book easily through their app. I suggest staying at least 3 days. With 4 or 5 nights, you can also explore the town. Overall, it’s not super luxury, but it’s a great fit for families and covers a wide range of needs. Recommended.
