Unmotivated staff, old hotel that got "make up" , buffet style with cheap food and tasteless. If you want to eat anything but the cruise-ship style buffet - you need to go to a specific counter - stand in line - to make a reservation etc etc.... really sad organization and absolutely soul-less ... Air-con not working well. a labyrinth up and down stairs everywhere with no clear signage. The 2 positives was view and no kids so nice and silent. Unless you like a low budget cruise-ship style - this hotel is definitively not recommended.

A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos). We stayed in a room facing the street and the noise from early mornings sometimes bothered us, the room should have at least double windows. The room was not bad, but a bit too dark and it had a few electrical outlets. It lacked some maintenance as well. Staff - We were treated very well, this is a differential point in this hotel. Food - We had full board and the food, in general, was very good. One thing was that most of the desserts contained cream, it lacked more variety of fruits and (if possible that they were already sliced) and more variety on desserts without cream. Drinks - In the all-inclusive, you are entitled to alcoholic beverages, but these are generic, ie not branded ( which was a surprise!). The pool/beach area is very good with chairs for everyone and a well-kept garden. Wellness - In my point of view, the indoor pool and sauna should not be charged separately.

Ofrecen muchas actividades diarias, como volley o deportes de agua, así como espectáculos variados por la noche (tanto para niños como adultos) tiene acceso a la playa con tumbonas gratuitas para los huéspedes del hotel, ideal para relajarte si no quieres desplazarte a alguna playa cercana (como hay que hacer en otros hoteles), además tiene tres piscinas distintas también con tumbonas cómodas (siempre tienen toallas „reservando“ la tumbona por parte de otros huéspedes, pero como no está permitido y no veía a nadie en la tumbona de hacía algunos minutos la quitaba y me podía tumbar tranquilamente). En la piscina principal se puede encontrar el bar para el todo incluido (los cócteles hechos sin máquina, de la botella directamente) que tiene mucha variedad de bebidas y algunos aperitivos. Además el hotel tiene muchos restaurantes con mucha variedad de comida y toda buenísima, sinceramente su restaurante italiano (en el que se puede reservar gratuitamente en la recepción del restaurante principal) tiene el mejor risotto de setas que haya comido nunca! El personal es super amable y el servicio en el buffet es rápido, eficiente y simpático. Por último, el colchón de la habitación era muy grande y cómodo y no se escuchaba nada, se podía dormir genial. Sinceramente de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado :)

Generally a positive review especially the staff who were excellent. Family friendly with food surprisingly good for an all inclusive, a notch down from restaurant quality but good value for the overall price. Facilities otherwise excellent which are clearly geared for children with the exception of the ‘quiet pool’ (one of four pools). Negatives as follows: Bar area poor, no adult vibe whatsoever with simple tables and hard chairs located next to the children’s play area which tends to be noisy with kids running around unattended. Poor shower water pressure in otherwise well appointed rooms. Location of resort is isolated, long walk to Elounda (40mins) not suitable for those with mobility issues. Taxis are expensive, 14 Euros each way (max 4 persons) without an expected tip. Buses run from town square to the nearest stop (Shell garage) with a long walk (10 - 15mins) along an inclined road. Finally the resort is situated on a steep hill, the restaurant being at the top which is quite a trek for some if your unlucky enough not to hail one of the two complimentary golf carts which are sometimes available. All things considered I would go again if children were included in the party.
