-We had to pay 16 euros for using safety deposit box in our own hotel room that we had paid almost 300 euros a night which was absolutely outragious. -The music played at the hotel pool was terribly loud -Breakfast left alot to be desired. All of the hot foods were cold because the hotel didin’t have/use hot lamps to keep the food warm. The overall variety of the foods were also really poor. -Had to pay to rent a towel in the hotel property which was baffling aswel. -The whole hotel had undergone some renovations but all of the renovations had been done really cheaply. The hotels swimming pool had a broken ladder which was abit dangerous. Also one of the fire sprinklers outside of our hotel room was leaking and caused one of us to slip.

This property and resort is really a beautiful place. Looking off the cliff into the sea with beautiful sun rises and sunsets. The food was pretty good with lots of options. Beer and wine are always available at multiple locations. Some of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, others treat you a bit rude if you’re an American. If you’re looking for an all inclusive that has late night offerings this place might not be for you. Pools closed at 7pm, open bar at the pool is only open from 7-11 and everything is done by 11:15. Definitely a kid friendly spot as lots of families seemed to enjoy their time. The resort is located very close to Heraklion with easy access to the city. Would definitely recommend adventuring out. Would 100% stay here again

A beautifully maintained resort with great amenities, though room logistics could be smoother. Overall, the resort was beautiful and well-maintained. The location is convenient, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Most of the staff were helpful and welcoming, though a few felt slightly distant—perhaps due to a language barrier, as I do not speak Greek. Our stay had a rocky start when our reserved room wasn't available on the first night. I was placed in a bungalow and told it was an upgrade. However, once I moved into my actual reversed room the next day, I realized the reserved room was significantly better. It was modern, upgraded, and featured a wonderful view, whereas the bungalow's (room 654) view was largely blocked by a large tree. Additionally, the bathroom sink water had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout my entire stay. The dining experience was typical for a resort—a mix of great, average, and mediocre options. My friends and I dined at the main buffet and the Italian restaurant, enjoying both. They offered a wide variety of choices, and the bread, crepes, lamb, and drinks were personal highlights. The pool & beach areas were kept spotless, with attentive staff ensuring guests were comfortable. A special shoutout goes to the spa team, especially Erika and her colleague, who were incredibly friendly and kind while booking guests around the property. Tip: The bungalow featured an international converter outlet that should added to all rooms.

We stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive we were very disappointed in the hotel the room we had booked was a premium room and the room although large felt dated and the bed was very cheeky. There was an joing door to the next room covered by a large wardrobe but we could hear the people next door talk and snore like they were in our room and could hear all the bathroom noises. Which was very off-putting. There is alot of upselling in the all inclusive certain drinks were not available unless you paid more which was not good for the price can't even get a free Pina colada. The food was ok but it was limited and often the range was much the same. The hotel needed a refresh with paint some parts were being painted whilst we were there perhaps because it's early season. Over all the stay wasn't great the staff were loud in the morning coming to clean the rooms we were woken up by them starting their shifts talking very loud in the hallways. And for the price we paid it wasnt a quality that we have experienced on other all inclusive hotels on this trip for less money like Roda resort where we are currently it's chalk and cheese in comparison for less money so much better quality in every way.

Not sure how this sells and charges as a 5-star hotel as there is nothing of that level on site. The rooms are tatty, furniture is old. The shower flooded half the bathroom area everytime is used, beds are uncomfortable. Try to plug in a charger on the balcony a d the plug came flying out. The restaurant food is very basic, no service of any sort.

The rooms and the staff were absolutely amazing. If you travel as a young family with infants, this is the place to go for you. I was not prepared for the amount of small children in this resort. It was not advertised as such. The amount of crying children in the dining room was overwhelming at times. The food choices were plenty, however the quality of the food was poor, which mainly resulted in my low rating for this property. For example, you were not served orange juice, but orange taste… Whatever that means. The hotel bar closed at 11 PM which is probably also a sign that this resort is targeted for younger families and not adult vacationers. The beach was easily accessible by foot in less than five minutes, and there is a public bus driving to Chania, which we took advantage of quite often. There are plenty of other restaurants in walking distance if you want to pivot from your all inclusive package to the amazing Greek food otherwise available on the island.

We’ve stayed in a number of five star resorts, but this was one of the best ones! At first we thought it was maybe too big and crowded as we were in peak season, but actually the resort is so vast, with many pools and areas to sunbathe, that it never felt too crowded. The family rooms were a brilliant set up, meaning we could all be together. The entertainment and food was all excellent and varied with themed nights at the restaurant. The fitness classes were great- Vincent was so friendly and kept us motivated. The kids loved the waterpark too! All in all a brilliant family resort.
