The location was good but hotel staff not trained and unprofessional. Reserved beach view and got parking view and after back and forth and loosing a couple of night. They switched our room but gave us a room without shower door and every time you use the shower, room gets flooded. They have 6 restaurants but tried to reserve any of the restaurants. They were all booked during all our stay from the day we arrived and management can’t do anything about it. There’s 2 buffet, most guests get assigned to the bad one unless they fight to change the wristbands to the other. Do not recommend it.

Es war einfach echt super toll wirklich besser als wir es uns vorgestellt haben und das Essen einfach wow jeden Tag was anderes und immer was leckeres dabei die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag geputzt und jeden Tag neue Handtücher alles super gewesen gehen nächstes Jahr aufjedenfall wieder hin

"The rooms are lovely, if a little over looked. The food is of a very high standard as well. A few more sporting activities would have been great, but overall it is a wonderful hotel and we will return soon!"
