Very kind and helpful staff

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

great location

We came to Villa Fiorella hoping for a peaceful escape from Sorrento / Naples, and it did not disappoint! We were very lucky to be upgraded to a junior suite and had so much space, and a great view of Capri from our balcony. Thank you to the staff for facilitating this! The infinity pool with views of Capri was a dream. Loved spending afternoons on the loungers with great service. We had one particularly enjoyable afternoon where we took ourselves to the olive grove and read books and drank beers under the olive trees. It was like a dream. Easy walking access to the town square and the marina, although be prepared to get sweaty on the way back up hill from the marina. While much quieter than nearby Sorrento, provided plenty of opportunities to enjoy everything the Sorrento coast had to offer. Would recommend and would come back :-)

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the beautiful views. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everyone was so lovely. The restaurant was nice with good food. The pool was enjoyed by us a lot!

If I could rate this a ten star I would. The staff is absolutely amazing!!! Views were spectacular!! Food was delicious!! I can’t say enough about how accommodating the staff was, from ordering take out for us, driving us to our destination and overall friendliness! We will return here a million times over !!!
