Even more impressive though is the outstanding service this hotel provides. The concierge went above and beyond to help us make reservations and honestly we would have missed our ferry and therefore our flight back home without their help in the morning. There is Roberta on Reception from the moment we arrived looked after us, then Biaggio the waiter was extremely attentive the Tapas at lunch are amazing, the drinks in the mini bar are complementary a nice touch, the manager was very nice but our driver in the free shuttle was fantastic we will definitely be back with our friends. "Without a doubt one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure to stay in. The property is a beautiful 19th century private summer palace converted into a beautiful hotel. The interiors are stylishly decorated and furnished. The rooms are spacious with incredible views. The service was impeccable, from the moment we arrived at the port there was a porter waiting to greet us and handle the transfer of our luggage to the hotel. The transfer from the port was in a BMW driven by Allesandro. We were greeted at the property by Angelo who was welcoming and ensured a smooth cheque in process. We spent an afternoon at the pool which has terrific views of the bay of Naples and some time trying out their cozy outdoor gym which is surrounded by plenty of trees and the hotel's garden where they grow fruit and vegetables. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh fruit, delicious tomatoes grown on the property and a wide selection of delicious pastries and desserts. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful and relaxing stay. "

"I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was our first time in Capri, but this hotel is very cute and the outdoor dining outside is under a bunch of lemon trees so peaceful. Staff was soooo helpful helping us make dinner reservations and also beach club reservations. Yoli ate in the middle of all the shopping and so conveniently located! Would definitely stay here again. The managers and entire staff are friendly and helpful if you need any information on where to eat, see, etc. Always have smiles on their faces and service is wonderful. The rooms are newly renovated and everything is kept beautifully well maintained, including the gorgeous grounds. The breakfast is very good (pastries, cheese, Italian meats, fruit, yogurts, cereals). Everything is fresh and delicious. The pool is smaller, but does the job and the view of the sea from the villa is incredible. I loved that it was located up high (is a walk up hill), but it is definitely worth the effort.
