The staff is very nice and polite. All of them.
It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us.

We loved our stay! Hotel is very charming and well appointed. The staff was very more knowledgeable about the city and activities. We could’ve stayed there for much longer and enjoyed every benefit. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and mountable. In the location of the hotel is ideal and proximity to the nut, museums, Palace, and public transport. We just left this hotel!

Perfect location! A quick walk to all the restaurants and shops but just outside so it was quieter. We had a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. The staff was so warm and welcoming and the room was wonderful. We had such a great experience here.

In every area, our stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely get the romantic dinner for two: most exquisite meal we've ever had. Each course was phenomenal. Spa facilities were world class with fantastic view of Alps. Skip the outdoor pool; it was freezing cold. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. After working 20 years in surgery, I have very high standards for cleanliness: A here. Highly recommend.

The breakfast menu was good.
The room was spacious & quite.
There are no baggage service at this hotel, guests have to take their own luggage to the room, it is not easy as there are stairs on the way, specially for my because my husband blind & I carried two suitcases alone.
