Great hotel, clean cool rooms. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet but be careful not to add it on the room IPAD or it will add it for your entire stay. Front desk was quick to help fix it. Wish they would allow dogs under 25lbs. Will he back regardless. Close to so much dining, shopping, etc

Beautiful art deco hotel and property in the heart of the action. The lobby area had cozy seating along with the open air restaurant seating next to the charming pool area. Staff were very attentive and fun. Highly recommend this property.

if you have never been to South Beach this is a fun place to go. real close to the beach and lots going on at night.

I have no complaints about this hotel for the duration of my stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating and you needed a key to access the elevator for added security. They had a Wine Hour where they served you a complimentary wine with cheese, crackers and grapes. They honored my VIP status with Expedia and allowed me to check-in early as well as my complimentary bottle of wine. Would definitely stay here again.

Aesthetically appealing! Very pretty bar area and breakfast was very nice! Deluxe suite was very roomy and accommodating. King bed was so comfortable as well. The windows were very nice but our view was of the alley. Very nice stay though, we'd book again!

In general this is a fantastic hotel. The staff is top notch. I was very impressed with the service that was provided, along with how friendly and polite the staff is. The room is very clean, and they offer some amazing body wash and hand soap. The linens are high quality and in great shape. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Pier was friendly, professional, and readily available whenever we had a question or needed anything. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the beach, a convenience store, Starbucks, and Ocean Drive, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We really appreciate the great hospitality and will definitely make this our go-to spot when we return!

The location is amazing! And the place was clean and comfortable exactly what we needed, a lot of times we tried to come to the front desk but there was no one there but trough the app they were helpful. And the pool was really fun and small

This gotel is gorgeous, classy and in a well appointed area for walking, restaurants, shops and transportation pickups were a. Reeze. The rooftop pool and bar werent crowded and was in immaculate condition. The staff was very helpful, professional and always made us feel very welcome. We loved our stay here and will definitely book again to enjoy their Michelin star restaurant next time.
