We traveled as a family of four and we're all very content with the accommodation from start to finish. Location to Ocean drive is an easy walk and the beach accessibility is perfect. The pools provide a great opportunity to just relax and enjoy the weather. We were fortunate enough to have an oceanside view and although rooms are somewhat small the view and balcony made up for it. Even the City view would have been a great option but it's not everyday you have ocean view. Initially we did not like the idea of a resort fee but once we arrived and all the amenities that are included made up for it and was great value daily. This would definitely be a location in which we would strongly consider visiting again in the future.

One of the elevators has been down for a while and it looks like the hotel has no intention on fixing it anytime soon, the front desk staff is impersonable and unwelcoming, and they say they have pool side service for drinks and food but the attendant barely checks in to see if you want anything. Positives were a nice pool area and polite workers with the exception of front desk.

Evening Night customer service was terrible, children, swim in the pool, and on the beach, requested towels several times, stated they will bring them to the room, no one came. Waited 2 hours for a microwave to be brought to my room

This Marriott is an excellent hotel and it was unfortunate it only had ONE working elevator. Had I known this I would not have booked my stay. Furthermore, sadly the check in staff was not helpful when asked how to locate the city trolley(I never did manage to get information) and especially when asked about the internet service. I was trying to find out if it was free or had to pay and could never get a simple yes it is free or you could pay. She went as far as to roll her eyes and ask my daughter if she understood internet. I am a professional and work with internet connections frequently. I finally gave up and went upstairs to figure it our myself.

The hotel only had 1 elevator in working order meanwhile placing us up on the 11th floor… Not the way we wanted to spend outlet Anniversary waiting on an elevator and would have def stayed somewhere else if this was made known to us prior to booking… over 1000$ stay was not worth it!!!

Overall great stay, friendly staff, excellent location. Downfalls would be rooms a tad dated, one elevator out of service, and extra “fees” seem to be a thing with Miami in general.

I’d definitely recommend this place! Can’t beat the location and the staff are next level attentive and friendly - special shout out to MJ and the rest of the staff working around the pool who ensure all guests are taken care of
