Cobleskill Vacations from $559

Reserved for 3 nights due to death in family. Checked in at 9:30pm (day 1), checked out 8am (day 2). Filthy room, door locks broken, bathroom clearly not cleaned after last person. This was also a hotel for longer term residents (school bus in parking lot picking up children living there, one man in lobby begging to be allowed to stay after his 60 days had expired). Safety and cleanliness issues would have afforded this hotel 0 stars if possible.

Very nice hotel. Casino was large and clean. Enjoyed the complimentary soda and coffee. Lots of parking. Very friendly staff. Close to downtown.

Hotel Downstream in North Adams was a great location for our overnight get-away to bike the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail. The hotel is right down-town, so we were able to walk to Public for dinner and to Bright Ideas Brewery afterwards, and to Dino's for breakfast in the morning. The room was very large and clean. We had a nice view of downtown and the mountains. Staff was very friendly -- we had a very quick check-in and check-out. Parking is right there and free. All very convenient. The hotel only serves continental breakfast, so we chose to go out, but it's nice that they provide water, coffee, tea and fruit all day long.

The Kimpton Taconic is a beautiful property with professional, friendly staff. We very much enjoyed our stay there and will stay there again the next time we are in Manchester VT.
