“Friendly staff. A special shout out to Ben who cleaned our room just as we wanted. He was friendly, accommodating and efficient. A different front desk person every day of our six night stay. Not a problem, just a curiousity. Always clean and uncluttered lobby and hallways. Complimentary breakfast was generous even though some of the hot entree choices were a mystery. Generous towels in guest bathroom. ”

“The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room my daughter and I were assigned was on the second floor. I'm not sure if there was an elevator available to us, but the concierge immediately offered to help take our bags to our room. He was very attentive. He recognized us throughout our visit, the other guests with whom we arrived, as well as their room numbers off the top of his head. Excellent service!!! The room was very clean. “Comfortable room. Very clean, nice firm mattress. Went down to breakfast but didn’t stay. Buffet area way to small, so crowded, eggs, muffins, yogurt had not been replenished. Seems like staff should be prepared on a Saturday”
